I am a certified psychologist and Gestalt therapist in training, in psychology since 2013. I work with adults seeking a deeper understanding of themselves — with anxiety, emotional instability, loss, relocation, eating disorders, and relationship difficulties.

Frequently asked questions

How do I know if I need therapy?

You don't need a "serious" reason. If something has been weighing on you, repeating itself, or getting in the way of your life — that's reason enough. The first short intro call is free: together we'll see if therapy would help.

What happens in the first session?

We get to know each other, and you share your request at your own pace. We discuss expectations, the format, and the client-therapist agreement. No pressure — you always decide what to talk about and how much.

How long does therapy take?

It depends on your request. For a specific situation, a few consultations may be enough. Deeper work usually means regular sessions over several months. We decide the length and rhythm together.

Does online therapy actually work?

Yes. Research shows online therapy is as effective as in-person. All you need is a quiet space and a stable connection — and sessions are available from any country.

What is Gestalt therapy?

An approach where we explore your experience "here and now": feelings, bodily sensations, the ways you connect with yourself and others. Not advice or ready-made recipes — a space where you learn to hear yourself.

Is everything confidential?

Completely. Everything you share in sessions stays between us. It's the foundation of the therapeutic contract and my professional ethics.
